We’ve got a bottle of Princess Cake and Cookie Bakery Emulsion in the cupboard. It’s like vanilla extract but it is princess flavoured. I added some to a batch of vegan coconut shortbread cookies and they are amazing!

Vegan coconut shortbread cookies with authentic princess flavour!
Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut oil
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp princess cake and cookie emulsion
- 1½ cups all purpose flour
- ½ cup cornstarch
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup oat milk
Instructions
- Bake at 350 for 30 mins. Flip halfway.
